PropTech software developer ranks in the top 11% of companies
with 970% revenue growth over three years
LOS ANGELES, CA – August 17, 2021 – Award-winning software developer Leonardo247 has been named as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. The company, which produces cloud-based software for operating and maintaining multifamily properties, leapt to number 551 on the 2021 Inc. 5000, the industry’s most respected ranking of fast-growing private companies in America.
Leonardo247 (Leo247) software streamlines operations for real estate managers by automating daily tasks, workflows, inspections, and procedures for onsite and mobile teams. Since 2017 the company has added 1.5 million homes to its platform and counts half of the nation’s 10 largest multifamily real estate managers as customers. Leo247’s revenue increased 970% over the same period.
“We were doing well going into 2020, but it was COVID-19 that really accelerated the adoption of new property management technology and fueled our growth this past year,” said Daniel Cunningham, Founder and CEO of Leonardo247. “With so many people working remotely and fewer staff available, the ability to take manual and time consuming tasks and turn them into something that could be done with a mobile app, turned Leo247 from a ‘nice-to-have’ accessory into a ‘must-have’ business platform almost overnight,” he said.
While Leo247’s exceptional growth landed it near the 10% in performance, the remainder of the 2021 Inc. 5000 were also very competitive and resilient within their markets given 2020’s unprecedented challenges. Among the 5,000, the average median three-year growth rate soared to 543 percent, and median revenue reached $11.1 million. Together, those companies added more than 610,000 jobs over the past three years.
