Daniel Cunningham
Daniel Cunningham is a technologist, author, and recognized thought-leader in the commercial real estate management industry. Prior to launching Leonardo247 in 2014, Cunningham co-founded prefabricated homebuilder LivingHomes and also served as Director of Asset Management for AIMCO, one of the largest publicly traded residential REITs in the United States. Cunningham ran his own property management company for 10 years and out of that experience authored the book “365 Days of Property Management.”
A Civil Engineer by education, Cunningham has always been focused on process efficiency through innovation. The founding of Leonardo247 is the result of marrying that desire with his deep expertise in property management and his corresponding understanding of the difficulties in achieving consistent and comprehensive execution in property operations.

Suellen McFarling
Suellen McFarling has helped entrepreneurs in the real-estate technology industry build and grow profitable businesses for the past 20 years. Prior to Leonardo247, McFarling helped introduce new technology solutions to multifamily owners, operators and investors. These solutions became standard industry best practices, including automated credit and criminal background checks for new residents, and lead management and social media technology.
With her consultative approach and leadership skills, McFarling has built and nurtured solid strategic partnerships throughout the multifamily industry. McFarling is a thought leader who helps develop and provide her clients with unique advantages in achieving their business goals.

Bob Bradley
For the past 20 years, Bob Bradley has grown software and technology companies from early-stage startups into mature organizations through the implementation of a scalable and repeatable revenue engine.
Prior to joining Leonardo247, Bob was the General Manager/SVP of an eLearning division and helped orchestrate a successful exit for the company. He also was the sales leader at a leading AdTech/MarTech SaaS platform provider, and two mobile video companies. Bob has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Ryan Bovermann
Ryan Bovermann has more than 15 years in technology and business leadership, solving enterprise-wide challenges with data-driven solutions.
Prior to joining Leo, Ryan made his mark in creating innovative, highly scalable software platforms capable of complex computing for millions of simultaneous users. His software and technology background includes consumer products, ecommerce, communications and enterprise applications.

Chris Cutliff
Chris Cutliff is a seasoned corporate finance professional with an impressive track record in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Leonardo247, Chris spent half a decade with multifamily real estate leader, Greystar, serving in a number of financial leadership roles. Prior to Greystar, Cutliff spent more than five years with retail and entertainment real estate giant, Simon Property Group, where he was as a financial analyst, initially managing the company’s accounts receivables analysis, followed by leasing, and ultimately capital markets analysis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.

Joe Bailey
Joe Bailey has 40 years of experience in real estate management operations. In the early 1980’s, after graduating from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Arts Joe worked in resort management on the South Carolina coast managing the rooms division for Wild Dunes Associates in Charleston SC. Joe founded Grace Hill, the leading provider of Multifamily education providing more than 1 million annual course takings by Multifamily professionals across the nation. In 2014, Joe sold Grace Hill and continued to serve on the Board of Directors for Grace Hill as Executive Chairman through 2017. He also invested in and advised several new startups focused on the Multifamily sector including most notably Leonardo 247, and Blue Cricket Media.
During his career, Joe has spoken at many Multifamily industry events nationwide, as well as apartment industry association events. In 1998 he was elected to be the 1999 Chairman of the Georgia Apartment Association. He has served on the Executive Committee for the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation. In 2016, Joe was inducted into the Georgia Apartment Association Hall of Fame. Joe currently resides in Augusta Georgia with his wife Sarah. They have two adult children, Maggie and Peyton.

Mike Clow
Mike Clow is the Executive Director of Real Estate Operations for Greystar, overseeing operations and client services for all of North America. Mike has been active in the multifamily industry since 1989. Prior to joining Greystar in 2008, Mike was a principal with Gray Clow Residential, where he developed, managed, and sold over 7,500 units. Before that, he was division vice president of BRE Properties, a broker with CBRE, and a regional manager with Evans Withycombe. Mike holds a bachelor of science in management and an MBA from Arizona State University. He served as chairman of the National Apartment Association and board member for the Arizona Multihousing Association. Mike holds a CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and an active real estate broker’s license in Arizona.

Charles Chen
Charles Chen is a partner at Level. Prior to Level he was an investor at Technology Crossover Ventures in Palo Alto, where he originated, evaluated, and executed growth equity investments in software and internet businesses. He was previously a member of Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking Group and a business development manager on the mobile team at Facebook. Charles holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

John Morris
John has helped many companies lift off throughout his career in venture capital investing, executive coaching, angel investing, investment banking and financial management.
John’s career choice reflects his passion to cultivate leaders, spur innovation and unlock sustainable business growth in his roles as a former GKM Ventures partner, a Vistage Advisory Chair, an Executive Coach, an Adjunct Faculty member, UCLA Anderson School of Management, an angel investor with Tech Coast Angels. After leading CEO Peer Advisory Groups in Los Angeles for eight years, John and his wife relocated to San Diego. Now Vistage has invited him to build a new CE Peer Advisory Group for senior executives leading growing San Diego companies.
