Problem: A resident claimed that the staff hadn’t cleared the snow or used a melting agent at the property, resulting in a slip and fall and negligent management claim.

Solution: “By using Leo, we were able to completely disprove this allegation with date and time stamps of the work that was completed, the type and quantity of melting agent used and in which locations. In addition, photos were taken showing the completed snow/ice removal in said affected area. We were able to pull months and months of reports with this data and were able to disprove this allegation within a matter of minutes.”
