Multifamily real estate software developer has completed re-location from Los Angeles to Dallas Metro Area

DALLAS – Award-winning property operations and maintenance software developer Leonardo247 today announced that it has completed the re-location of its corporate headquarters from Los Angeles, California to Dallas, Texas. The move completes a transition that began early in 2021 when the company centralized its product and software engineering teams in the Dallas-metro area.

“Leonardo247 has nearly doubled its size in the past year, and we’re on track for similar growth in 2022,” said founder and CEO Daniel Cunningham. “As a tech firm, we’ve found Dallas offers us access to a large skilled workforce and a favorable business climate. The location also makes it easier to reach any customer in our nationwide base within a couple hours, which is not something that was possible from Los Angeles,” he said.

The past year has been an eventful one for Leonardo247. In addition to its move to Texas, its CEO and COO both received real estate industry kudos and the software won the multifamily technology innovation award. This past fall, the company landed in the top tier of the Inc 5000 list fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. And, most recently, Leonardo247 notched the #11 rank among the Top 50 Best Places to Work in Multifamily in 2022.

“Leonardo247 passed some major milestones in 2021,” Cunningham said. “We want to keep that momentum growing through 2022 and beyond, and the move to Texas is a big part of ensuring we are successful.”
