Tradeshows
Everyone knows about Apartmentalize and OPTECH, but how about the Georgia Apartment Association Annual Meeting, or the Midwest Multifamily Conference?
If there was a tradeshow in 2022, chances are someone from our team was in attendance. In fact, we attended 50 tradeshows this year. We look forward to connecting with you all in 2023!
New Features
Integrations are now in place with Yardi, Realpage, Entrata, and MRI that allow work orders to be initiated and completed with Leo and sync back to your PMS system. Now your maintenance teams can work in Leo all day without having to switch applications!
Our new digital make-ready board is live and is allowing Leo users to customize each type of unit turn, see the status of each turn in progress, and easily see when turn completions put move-in dates in jeopardy.
Approval Automation functionality can now allow you to generate forms such as eviction approvals or incident reports and pass them through a chain of command securing approvals, signatures, or even additional edits along the way. Don’t rely on emails to approve process anymore- do it in Leo!
New features for due diligence unit inspections or lease file audits are giving you more flexibility than ever and in a completely self-serve environment.
Our new student housing solution has launched and helped our clients navigate the fall turn with tremendous improvements in efficiency. Fully- integrated with the industry-leading Entrata Student property management software, the Leo solution will automate and streamline move-in/move-out (MIMO) inspections and then pass damage fees directly to the resident ledger.
Lastly, we received a patent on our code compliance solution. Using artificial intelligence (AI), we are able to translate municipal codes into actionable maintenance compliance tasks to ensure adherence to applicable laws.”

We’re honored to be able to give back to charities. This year, the Leonardo247 team donated a portion of the first month’s license fees to various charitable organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Habitat for Humanity in Palm Beach County, and the Hi How Are You Project.
