Sherry has over 36 years of Property Management experience with Berkshire. She is responsible for the design, development and implementation of all training modules. Sherry ensures all training occurs in a consistent and timely manner across the entire portfolio. She is also responsible for writing and communicating company policies and procedures while ensuring they are followed at the property level. In addition, she researches and implements ways of using technology to enhance property operations.
